Liste les rejets de messages

Retourne une liste paginée des événements de rejet (hard bounces, soft bounces, plaintes spam, désinscriptions par le destinataire), triée par date de création par défaut. Les paramètres filters (par ex. id_contact, channel, reject_type), order, limit, offset et fields permettent d'affiner la réponse.
