List rejected message events

Returns a paginated list of message rejection events (hard bounces, soft bounces, spam complaints, unsubscribe-by-recipient), sorted by creation date by default. Supports filters (e.g. id_contact, channel, reject_type), order, limit, offset, and fields to refine the response. Use this endpoint to track deliverability per contact.
