Update product categories in bulk (partial)

Updates up to 100 existing product categories in a single request. Records are matched on category_id + lang. Only the fields provided in each item are modified; omitted fields are left unchanged. Reparenting via parent_category_id is supported. Items referencing an unknown record are returned in rejected_items. Processing is asynchronous.
