List product categories

GET

https://core.shopimind.com/v1/products-categories

Returns a paginated list of your product categories, sorted by creation date by default. Categories are returned flat — to reconstruct the hierarchy, follow the parent_category_id chain. Supports filters, order, limit, offset, and fields to refine the response.
